＊屋況分析報告製作為四日，不包含丈量時間與例假日，如急需四日內收到報告書，申

【驗屋服務】
是什麼時候要驗屋？
費用？依案件算？還是坪數？
我們提供比屋況分析內容更加詳細，提供買房前後的完整檢驗服務。
項目包含各室與設備，也包含天地板、門窗、機電與、防水等完整檢測。
檢驗項目包括：門窗鬆動損壞、牆面與天地板狀況、浴室廚房防漏水檢測與機電設備檢查。專案設計師會視需求陪同客戶進行檢驗，提供現場諮詢與解說。
提供屋況檢驗報告書，包含房屋結構、水電配置、設備與裝潢建議。
驗屋費用依需求而定，歡迎免費預約諮詢。

Before buying a house or proceeding to the design stage, let us check the house condition on site for you, provide you with professional explanation and analysis, and let you understand the potential problems before and after the decoration.
The house condition analysis content includes: house structure, building material quality, water and electricity configuration, equipment and decoration suggestions, complete reports and explanations allow you to make a decision with ease. There are also professional designers who will go to the site for measurement and face-to-face consultation with you, clearly planning your next step after buying a house.
Service fee: $ 4000 / time
Housing condition analysis service content:
＊Project designer to site measurement and investigation
＊On-site house condition explanation with the owner
＊Provide a housing condition analysis report, including housing structure, water and electricity configuration, equipment and decoration suggestions

Attentions :
＊This proposal does not include style design and various design drawings.
＊The housing area of this proposal shall not exceed 120 pings in total.
＊If the total number of pings to be measured exceeds 65 pings, an additional measurement fee of $100/ping will be charged.
＊This plan is limited to the analysis service on one floor. If there are additional floors, an additional $800/floor will be charged.
＊It takes four days to make the house condition analysis report, excluding the measurement time and public holidays. If you need to receive the report within four days, the additioal fee will be discussed separately.
＊After the housing condition analysis is completed, a 1.5hr consultation interview will be conducted with the owner.
＊The company will arrange project designers to come to the site to measure and explain. If the location is in the south of Taichung, Hualien and outlying islands, travel fees will be charged.

When is the time for house inspection ?
The cost? According to the case? Or the area calculation ?
We provide more detailed house condition analysis and complete inspection services before or after buying a house.
Our inspection contains each room, equipment , also complete testing of floors, doors, windows, mechanical and electrical devices, and waterproofing.
Inspection items include: loose and damaged doors and windows, condition of walls and floors, bathroom and kitchen leakage detection, and mechanical and electrical equipment inspection. Project designer will accompany the client for inspection and provide on-site consultation and explanation when needed.
We provide a house condition inspection report, including house structure, water and electricity configuration, equipment and decoration suggestions.
The cost of house inspection depends on the needs, and you are welcome to make an appointment for free consultation.
